Shipping and delivery policy
for physical products
Currently, delivery is only within the State of Kuwait
Our delivery method is delivery on the same day or the next day, according to the time of creation of the order and your geographical area, with the option to choose the appropriate time for you to receive the order. Delivery fee is 2 dinars

Our registered orders
From 12 midnight until 6 pm, all orders will be delivered to the destination that you entered upon completing the purchase 24 hours before
The order must be completed before 6 pm is the last date to register orders during the day or delivery the next day

Attempts will be made to contact you to determine the date of delivery of the order and three attempts upon delivery. If any of the calls are not answered, the order will be canceled

To change the address or continue the order
Our customer service team is pleased to assist you in changing the date and address of receipt based on your request, we will send a text message with a tracking number once your order is confirmed, where you can then use the tracking number to follow up on the order by contacting the customer service team

Return and exchange

We are happy to exchange or refund any product(s) as long as it is returned in unused condition and in its original packaging within 15 days of receiving your order with a copy of the invoice. In cases of offers, special conditions for offers will apply.

Note: As per global retail industry standards we cannot accept returns or exchanges of products in the following categories: All digital products

Defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied physical merchandise, we may offer you a replacement product or exchange the product or we will refund you in full through possible means, including any delivery charges you paid (if any) In any event, you must return the products defective, damaged or incorrect products to us as soon as possible in the same condition of purchase (if any) and in all cases you must return the faulty, damaged or incorrect products to us as soon as possible in the same original form.



Policies

Any materials whatsoever that were given with the products purchased for free must also be returned. You must deal carefully with any products you wish to return and in addition to not being used, they must be preserved in their original form. We are not responsible for any losses or damages that occur to the products while they are in your possession and we can in this case Rejection of your request for return or exchange

replacement process

If you wish to replace any of the products, you can visit the direct sales store to return the product or purchase alternative products. The availability of the product must be taken into account and the replacement process is carried out according to the company's policy.

refund

Subject to the above exceptions, when you return your order or wish to exchange it for certain other products we will process a refund upon receipt of the returned/exchanged products excluding any delivery charges you paid. Any refunds by us for returns or exchanges will be effected as follows. Payment in cash upon receipt.

If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so by contacting our Customer Service Department

If you paid by credit card or any debit card

(Knet in Kuwait) and you cancel the request in accordance with this clause, we will process a refund (if necessary) and as quickly as possible, but we are not responsible for the period necessary for the re-appearance of that process in your account, as it depends on the procedures of the bank you use.
